We are a leading HRD Training Institute,operating since 2003 based at Pandalam;we have a branch office at Vytila, Cochin.We offer training and Psychological Counselling classes to individuals and groups.In association with other institutitions classes are being arranged at different centres.We have short term and long terms training classes to suit the requirement of the clients.
1. "Soft Skill Development" Programme
This programme envisages to develop students, employees, businessmen etc to enable them to become successful in their respective fields.It is a result oriented programme of 30 hours duration,spread over 30 days.

2. Stress Management Programme
Stress and strain of modern life spoil the charm of life and contribute to chronic diseases.Moden medicine has failed to contain this, which is termed as "Life style problems".We have designed Stress Management, a result oriented programme which is very simple but highly effective.It covers the following subjects.
Simple Yoga
Pranayama
Meditation
Reiki
Laughing Therapy
Psychological counselling

This Programme is of 24 hours duration spread over one month and follow up thereafter.
3.Psychological Counselling
Inter Personal problems, suicides, family distortions are ever increasing in our society.To contain these evils and at the same time to provide peaceful and healthy life we have designed various counselling programmes.Pre-marital and
Post-marital counselling, family counselling, students counselling, De-addiction counselling etc are our programmes developed.Qualified and experienced persons are handling these sessions.We are arranging classes at other centres in association with individuals/institutions/clubs.For further details,please contact the chief faculty.
